The country is sick. The cost-of-living crisis is slashing living standards. Brexit red tape is strangling businesses. Tourists are stranded in queues due to Brexit-related passport checks and border bureaucracy. The environment suffers as more sewage is pumped into our rivers. Racism and bigotry are on the rise just as we need solidarity in the face of Russian aggression.
And Labour thinks the solution to this is to make Brexit “work”?
The sad truth is that millions of people will suffer because Labour is failing to tackle Brexit head-on. Labour is as bad as the Conservatives when it comes to Brexit.
Unless we take a stand now, we will all suffer the consequences of decades upon decades of low growth outside the EU.
